    Access Requirements

    • Failure to provide access may result in cancellation charges

    Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling
    • Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee

    Treatment Results & Guarantees

    Service Guarantee

    If pests return within the specified warranty period:

    • We will re-treat the affected areas at no additional cost, provided all aftercare advice was followed

    Guarantees do not apply if:

    • Aftercare instructions are ignored
    • New infestations occur from external sources
    • Structural issues are not addressed

    Customer Responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • Follow all preparation and aftercare instructions provided
    • Inform us of pets, children, allergies, or sensitivities before treatment
    • Ensure the property is safe and accessible
    • Maintain hygiene and prevention measures after treatment

    Failure to follow instructions may reduce treatment effectiveness.

    Health & Safety

    • Treated areas must not be accessed until advised by the technician
    • We are not responsible for misuse of treated areas against guidance

    Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:
